LA DAME A LA LICORNE

 

Inspired by the Lady with the Unicorn hanging at the Cluny Museum - a medieval masterpiece woven around 1500 and listed as a historical monument by Prosper Mérimée.

In the Garden of Eden, the Lady and her servant surrounded by a bestiary and herbarium with a thousand scents and flavors cross the seasons and awaken all our senses, TO OUR SOLE DESIRE.

Interpretation of the floral decorations of the Lady and the Unicorn in a watercolor wash of multiple colors and wax stamping creating an effect of transparency throughout the book.
