ANNE WALKER was born in 1933 in Boston (Massachusetts, United States). American, she lives and works in France. Initiated in wood engraving with Seong Moy, then in etching in the studio of Johnny Friedlaender, since 1986 she has favored work in gouache and pastel. His work has been praised by essays by Bernard Noël and Yves Peyré. His artists 'books are kept in several libraries in Europe and the United States, including the BnF, the Jacques-Doucet Literary Library, the New York Public Library, the Boston Athenaeum and the Smith College Libraries (Anne Walker Artists' Book Collection).
